Intern Lawyers Training:
The Lao Bar Association has been moving towards developing and implementing a rigorous Intern Law Training Program. This program is important as future lawyers are trained in knowledge and skills areas. Under Intern Training Program, Interns undergo compulsory taught training and also work at one of the Network offices of Lao Bar Association under the supervision of a lawyer. 

Continuous Legal Education:
To continue development of the skills and knowledge of Lao Lawyers, members of the Lao Bar Association are provided Continuous Legal Education. This is to ensure that any gaps in skills and knowledge of members are filled and that they are equipped with expertise that can lead to provision of quality legal services.
